I’m getting too many frantic emails from fans. I must clear up a very important point that’s getting confused in the blogosphere:

I have nothing to do with Alloy books or ANY book packagers. (A former assistant to my editor at Crown went on to work at Alloy, but no longer does.) My books are conceived and written all on my own.
